For 32 years, he has served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Superior Court of California. He is a frequent lecturer for major family law organizations. Mr. Hennenhoefer has a long history of service as an expert witness in the matter of family law standard of care in professional or legal malpractice cases. He has 38 years of experience as a divorce lawyer. He has qualified as an expert witness in the Superior Court of the State of California many times. He has served as an expert witness in professional and legal malpractice cases.

He is available to offer his objective opinion to a court or jury as an expert witness in cases in North San Diego Countyand throughout Southern California. He is able to present his opinion to a jury.

In addition to his leadership roles, James A. Hennenhoefer is also a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
